Return Policy

DELIVERY:

This style is custom manufactured. Allow 10-12 weeks for delivery. Plan to receive it at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding. We strongly recommend that you order your dress 5 months before the wedding, or earlier. If your order is ready before the projected ready date, it will be sent out earlier.

RUSH DELIVERY:

We don’t offer rush delivery on the  wedding and bridesmaid dresses purchase.

PAYMENT AND ORDER CHANGES:

Full payment for your order is required when we begin the production of your garment. Your order is binding within 24 hours of placement online. We are unable to change sizes or cancel orders after this time. No exceptions.

RETURN POLICY:

All of our special order garments are made only after your order is placed, all sales are final. Diamond Bridal Gallery is not responsible should an incorrect size be ordered please be sure to refer to size chart when you order your garment.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 15 days
All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit.
Can I exchange my item?

Yes, we will be happy to accept exchange on same style, different size while stock lasts.
What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as final sale.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your item is received and inspected by the store, you’ll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

How do I return my purchase?

Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail only.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
