Accessories Returns:

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 3 days
  • All merchandise returns must be unworn,  and still have the original tags attachedWe unable to accept merchandise where  tag has been cut or removed.
  • Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit.

Can I exchange my item?

  • Yes, we will be happy to accept exchange on same style, different size while stock lasts.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your item is received and inspected by the store, you’ll get your refund.

How do I return my purchase?

  • Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail only.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customer responsible to ship merchandise back within 4 days and no later for full refund. Other wise the return won’t be accepted.
