What items are returnable?

– Items purchased in the last 15 days
All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit.

– Can I exchange my item?

Yes, we will be happy to accept exchange on same style, different size while stock lasts.
What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as final sale.
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your item is received and inspected by the store, you’ll get your refund typically within 2-3 days.

How do I return my purchase?

Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail only.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
