You’ve heard of boho weddings. You’ve browsed Pinterest for vintage weddings. But this styled wedding shoot pairs those two popular styles together– all overlooking lush Texas countryside.
Dripping Springs, Texas is a small town of under 2,000, 23 miles East of Austin. This rural town was the perfect backdrop for vintage and boho themes. Pampas grass, vintage furniture, and handmade jewelry all played a role in Events by Leslie’s vision.
Captured by Holly Marie Photography, white and blue stationery sets the scene for a reception with nearly all handcrafted decor. From the invitations to the dried florals and even the beautiful wedding dress, this entire shoot showcases handmade items from the region. A terra-cotta and dusky blue color scheme add vintage touches.
An oversized bouquet of white and dusky rose florals is given boho touches with pops of ivory and yellow. An array of appetizers delight with brightly colored sliced fruits. Even the cheese tower is adorned.
Attention to detail can also be seen in the couple’s attire. The groom sports a dusky blue suit jacket with a relaxed fit. An ivory dress shirt and khaki pants are very much at home with the vintage and boho aesthetic.
The bride wears a true boho gown, with vintage detailing. A sweetheart neckline is accented with off-the-shoulder straps. The netted lace flows effortlessly into a breezy A-line skirt. Geometric gold brushed dangle earrings and a bold red lip complete her look.
All of this overlooks breathtaking greenery, sandy gravel, and an alluring ambiance.
