When a wedding planner is asked to style a dining room for a holiday showcase, you can bet there will be a special appearance by a wedding dress Christmas tree. This unique wedding dress Christmas tree features a skirt of silvery pine boughs on a dressmaker form with a sash of bright, Christmas red and necklaces of clunky silver crystals. All this was beautifully captured by Lisa Kathan Photography.
Although the wedding tress Christmas tree was a focal point of the showcase dining room, it was the plethora of silver that gave the whole room a lavish, holiday sparkle. The damask tablecloth incorporated a silver, foil-like pattern. A table runner of silvery pine boughs, similar to the wedding dress Christmas tree skirting, served as the foundation for the table décor. Amid the pine, the designers placed tiny tealight candles so that the light would play off the silver goblets and flatware. Even more silver was brought in by grouping a collection of vintage silver Christmas tree toppers, displayed on a silver vanity tray. Additionally, the white place settings and bright red linen napkins complimented the holiday spirit.
