Blush, gold, and ivory were complemented by touches of navy for a color palette that was at once elegant and romantic–and the perfect complement for the lake club setting. Coupled with lush tropical flora, sweeping lakeside views, and a reception with opulent touches, this wedding was equal parts elegant and romantic.
The day began with bride Miya getting ready in a warm flooded by light, framed by gold and ivory curtains and hosting the bridal bouquets of white and blush pink roses. Wearing her hair in a soft updo with loose curled tendrils, Miya stuck to a classic beauty look with a bit of mascara and naturally flushed cheeks. Her wedding dress also echoed that classic romance: a full tulle tiered skirt, scalloped v neck, and barely there detailing provided a modern twist on classic notes.
Bridesmaids matched the soft blush hue in simple but elegant sheath dresses. Groom Glenn’s choice of a relaxed navy blue suit, complemented with a blush tie, tied in both the romantic colors and the blue of the lakeside setting.
All romance and splendor was on display at the reception, which featured soft blush curtains, golden chairs, a romantic curtained room for the bride and groom, and classic wine glasses. The five tier wedding cake, lush rose arrangements, and even the cheese and fruit display all echoed opulence and romance.
