Set at the Stone Manor Club in Middleton, Maryland, couple Nancy and Kyle’s wedding featured a clean and classic color palette, historical backdrop, and beautiful natural light, all photographed by John Malloy.
The day began at an 18th century manor, with gorgeous brick and a baby blue door, the same baby blue hue that would complement the navy, white and dusky pink wedding colors. Light wood floors, creamy white walls, and wide windows brought an airy feel to the rooms as groom Kyle and bride Nancy prepared.
Kyle dressed in a light navy tuxedo, with matching looks for the groomsmen. Bridesmaids sported elegant light blue chiffon A-line dresses, with ruching at the bodice. Bride Nancy’s wedding dress featured a fitted sheath silhouette, with a subtly plunging v neckline, an empire waist, and gentle lace from head to toe. A classic train was accessorized with drop pearl earrings and a soft updo.
Taking pictures on beautiful lawns from an outdoor afternoon ceremony, a young ring bearer and flower girls, along with white chairs and an archway gave a personal and authentic touch. Mature trees, fading sunlight into sunset, and open fields gave a romantic ease to the setting. For the reception itself? Dancing to celebrate a night of laughter and love.
