Planning a wedding is stressful.  But what about planning a wedding while living in New York and prepping for a move to California?

Yet that’s exactly the circumstances behind Amanda and Matthew’s wedding at the Blue Valley Winery, photographed by Candice Adelle. With stunning crimson and rust autumn leaves and a cream and black, French-quarter inspired building exterior, this wedding was refined elegance at its finest.

Overlooking a seemingly endless valley, Matt wore a fitted black tux and bow tie, with sleek shoes and a soft white and pink rose corsage to match the bridal bouquet. Amanda looked just as refined and classic, with soft curls and a silver pearl necklace. Her ivory ball gown featured a lightly beaded sweetheart neckline, soft tiered skirt layers and a court train.

Classic elegance proved less is more at the reception: instead of multiple decorations, table settings were stunning with ivory tablecloths, plum cloth napkins, and silver-rimmed chinaware. A white table lantern was adorned with baby’s breath and white and pink roses.
