Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook, California is nestled in wine country, with rolling hills and gorgeous views, makes the perfect place for a beautiful wedding. But make no mistake: Sheryl and Jake’s big day was anything but conventional.
Sunflowers, burgundy mums and pops of orange and white bouquets set the stage for gothic-vintage flair. The spaghetti strap, black bridesmaid gowns were deceptively simple, with flared ruffles just below the waist. In all black suits and burgundy ties, the groomsmen and groom looked sleek and sophisticated.
The bride’s low sweetheart neckline gown was trimmed in vintage-inspired black appliques that ran across down the bodice and full skirt. With a lace headband in her dark curls, she looked like a gothic-vintage princess.
To perfect end to the day? A dessert buffet featuring cotton candy.
