When Will and Anita began planning their big day, they decided to they wanted a soft, romantic, vintage vibe, enhanced with some personal touches to show off their personalities. They succeeded in their goal and created a light and breezy atmosphere teeming with delicate white roses that was beautifully captured by HRM Photography.

The happy couple agreed that their favorite look at the reception was the head table. Adorned with an abundance of white candles – some in white, vintage bird cages – the head table was a rich and luxurious spread filled with white roses and interspersed with greenery. The backdrop of the head table was a curtain of gauzy, light, tulle with twinkling white lights and cascading roses. Anita and Will both stated that, seeing the venue completely decorated for their wedding was the biggest surprise of the day.

In an unexpected twist, the couple served cheeseburgers as their wedding feast. The guest loved this nod to the newlywed’s unique taste and favorite food.

Anita’s dress was a white, strapless ball gown. The crystal and beaded on the bodice trickled down to the skirting. A cream satin ribbon belt set off the details of the gown. Her bouquet, as well as the bouquets carried by her bridesmaid, was a round ball of romantic white roses

Will and his groomsmen work blue suits with white shirts and ties. To differentiate the groom, Will added a blue vest to his wedding attire.

When asked what advice she would offer to future brides, Anita said to hire a wedding planner to handle the details of the day and to have a pocket added in the wedding gown. Together with her new husband, she added that, when the wedding day arrives, to just “ride the wave” and enjoy the moment, because it goes by so quickly. Both Anita and Will said that if they could change anything about their wedding, they would schedule the mass earlier in the day so that they could have more time to spend with their guests at the reception.
