Taylor and Juan’s Wedding of Elegant Traditions
Taylor and Juan instantly connected when they were attending the University of Houston. She was on the dance team, and he went to every game to cheer her on. Taylor was swept off her feet the moment she heard Juan’s charming Spanish accent. Six years of romance later, Juan proposed to Taylor in his hometown of L lanes, Spain.
They decided to get married in their dream venue, Heaven on Earth in Houston, Texas. It was the perfect spot to bring together their two families on different sides of the globe. It was an event wrapped in tradition, bringing together two family histories in a beautiful black tie affair.
Juan’s mother gave every female guest a traditional Spanish fan to dance with, and each crystal and pearl on Taylor’s veil was hand sewn by Taylor’s mother. The rose and hydrangea bouquets were wrapped in intricate elements from the mother of the bride’s own wedding dress!
The bride’s wedding cake was a four-tiered cake with crystal details and off-white roses, and the groom’s cake was a fun Madrid soccer ball cake—their wedding cakes had the perfect mixture of elegance and fun!
