Lindahl and Eric Sparkly Winter Wedding
Chic details and a winter backdrop came together effortlessly to create a stunning wedding for Lindahl and Eric. Jessica Haley from Jessica Haley Photography did a wonderful job in capturing all of the stunning accents throughout the wedding day for the bride and groom.
After a long-distance courtship, Lindahl and Eric choose the glittering riverfront in South Bend as the destination for their gorgeous winter wedding – metallic and neutral colors complemented the wintry atmosphere to create a timeless and sophisticated ceremony and reception. Though there were many traditional elements throughout the ceremony and reception, Lindahl added modern touches by allowing each of her bridesmaid to choose her own shimmering gown – this added exceptional visual detail while still keeping the overall look cohesive.
Romantic and industrial accents complemented one another in the reception. The beautiful warehouse-style venue featured exposed brickwork, which paired beautifully with the elegant lavender linens and crystal chandeliers.
Lindahl looked breathtaking in her champagne gown, which featured a fit and flare lace applique to provide stunning detail to her dress and was from the Romance collection of Allure Bridals. To accessorize, she added earrings and bracelet from her mother-in-law’s family collection as her ‘something borrowed.’ As a little surprise to her groom, her garter was inspired by Michigan State, which was Eric’s alma mater.
